The Fellowship Associates Residency is a seven-month church planting leadership program, held at our Little Rock training center and at various partner church locations. We focus on leadership issues such as self-awareness, Gospel-centered Ecclesiology, leadership development, proven “best practices” and “how to’s” of local church leadership. Pastor Drew Cline finished this residency in March of 2017. Bill Wellons (principal mentor for FA) is serving as one of our Advisory Elders here at South City Church.

The Baptist Missionary Association of America Department of Missions (BMA Missions) serves to influence the world for Jesus Christ by planting churches throughout all nations. We seek to accomplish our goal by sending American missionaries, training and equipping believers, and by assisting every local church to be a Great Co-Mission Church. Dr. John David Smith (Executive Director, BMA Missions) is serving as one of our Advisory Elders at South City Church.

Fellowship’s mission is directly linked to Jesus’ Great Commission. Through connection, transformation and multiplication, we desire to be people who are making disciples who live by God’s grace and for His glory at home and across the world.

Fellowship was started in 1977 in Little Rock, AR and has grown to become one of the largest churches in the state in size and influence. They’ve planted nearly 100 churches, created incredible discipleship materials like “Men’s Fraternity”, “33”, “The Church of Irresistible Influence” and others. They’re investment in Pastor Drew Cline and on-going partnership with South City Church has been formative for our development and will continue to be a force for the glory of God in Central Arkansas for the Kingdom of God.
